At Safety Glasses USA, we want to ensure your eyes are protected with equipment that fits perfectly and meets your expectations. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.
Initiate Your Return
Log in to your account or use our guest portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and verify your item's eligibility.
Prepare the Package
Place the unused safety eyewear in its original manufacturer packaging, including all tags, cases, and manuals, to ensure a full refund.
Ship to Our Facility
Clearly mark your RMA number on the outside of the shipping box and send the package to our returns department using a trackable shipping method.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items for compliance, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
